Refund Process
If you are unsatisfied with the product and would like your money back, simply ship the item back in its original packaging and email info@smokymountaintreasure.com to complete the return process. The shipping will be on us! We accept products in any condition, and the refund will be returned to you in the method that you purchased. Please indicate in the email if you would like a full refund or simply a product exchange, and we will satisfy your request within three weeks (although most likely much sooner than three weeks).
